Shipping

For shipping and handling within Germany we charge a fixed rate according to the tables below, depending on the weight of the items.

Currently we ship to Germany, Switzerland and in all countries of the European Union.

Normal accessories shipments we ship with Deutsche Post, DHL or DPD, larger deliveries (billiard tables) will be sent with a freight company.

Billiard Tables

We ship pool tables  with a freight forwarder. For shipping to Germany we charge between 149,- and 369,- Euro depending on the region (the exact shipping costs will be displayed after entering your zip code at checkout). Outside of Germany we deliver pool tables only on request and possibly at higher delivery costs.

Compact lamps

Compact lamps we will ship with a shipping company. Here we collect for shipment to Germany a flat rate of 99, - Euro, to all other countries for 149,- Euros.

Shipping & Handling Germany

In Germany, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 6.90 euros (except for goods delivered by individual delivery, e.g. pool tables).

Free shipping & handling from 125 Euro value of goods

From 125 € value of goods we ship free of charge in Germany. This does not apply to shipments that are sent by freight carrier (eg billiard tables). If the value of goods drops below 125,- Euros after a partial return, we may charge shipping costs afterwards. 

Shipping & Handling Europe Group 1: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Czech Republic

Free shipping & handling from 250 Euro value of goods

From 250 € value of goods we ship free of charge to Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and the Czech Republic. This does not apply to shipments that are sent by freight carrier (eg billiard tables). If the value of goods drops below 250,- Euros after a partial return, we may charge shipping costs afterwards.
